Your mission

As a Technical Producer at our studio, you'll step into a role that fuses creativity with technology. You will be the technical mastermind behind some of the most immersive and cutting-edge experiences in the industry. From interactive exhibitions to experiential art installations, your work will bring ideas to life in ways that captivate and inspire audiences around the globe.

You’ll collaborate with our creative teams, guiding projects from concept through to completion, ensuring every technical aspect aligns perfectly with the creative vision. This is a hands-on role where your expertise in the latest technologies will drive innovation and set new standards in immersive design.

Your profile

What Should You Bring Along?

• A passion for creating immersive and experiential environments.
• Strong technical expertise, particularly in areas like projection mapping, virtual and augmented reality, audiovisual systems, and interactive interfaces.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Interactive Media, Electrical Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in technical leadership roles within the design, art, or immersive experiences industry, with a focus on exhibitions and installations.
• Proficiency in software and programming languages such as Unity, Unreal Engine, VVVV, TouchDesigner, or similar tools.
• Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset that thrives on innovation.
• Fluent communication skills in both German and English.

Your Tasks:

• Technical Leadership: Provide strategic and technical leadership to ensure our projects are of the highest quality and innovation.
• Project Management: Work closely with our Creative Producers and the creative team to define technical scopes, timelines, and budgets.
• Technical Consulting: Serve as a technical consultant for our clients, offering expert advice on the feasibility, design, and implementation of their immersive projects.
• Technical Design and Implementation: Lead the technical design and oversee the implementation of immersive experiences, ensuring they meet both creative and client expectations.
• Innovation and Research: Drive a culture of innovation by researching and experimenting with new technologies, ensuring our studio remains at the forefront of the industry.
