Your Responsibilities

1. Overtake the planning tasks of a charging station from conception to implementation planning and bill of services.
2. Align with internal and external cross-functional teams, as well as close collaboration with the deployment managers, the business, and real-estate developers.
3. Secure the standardization of the site design, engineering, and quality gates.
4. Steer local planning offices Europe-wide.
5. Ensure efficient communication and information transfer between teams and stakeholders.
6. Continuously evaluate and improve structural engineering processes and procedures.
7. Provide technical guidance to internal and external stakeholders.

Your Profile

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related field.
2. Several years of proven experience in Civil Engineering or Architecture, with a focus on site planning and design.
3. Significant project management experience.
4. Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to civil engineering.
5. Excellent problem-solving, solution-oriented thinking, and analytical skills.
6. Proficiency in CAD is a Must-Have, other relevant software tools are welcome.
7. Fluent in English and German.
