Responsibilities
- You contribute to the innovation pipeline in the field of ceramides & sphingolipids and develop new project ideas.
- Your main responsibility lies in analyzing the IP landscape, monitoring patents and implementing the segment's patent strategy.
- You support the creation of FTOs and the protection of ideas through invention disclosures, including the execution and guidance of laboratory work.
- You will lead selected projects in the innovation pipeline, coordinate project phases and control project actions, including communication with the project team and its interfaces.
- You will be responsible for resource planning and cost planning and monitoring within projects, as well as coordinating collaborations with external partners.
Requirements
- You have successfully completed your studies in chemistry, biochemistry, medical biology or biotechnology.
- You have several years of experience in research and development, ideally in the personal care industry, with knowledge of cosmetic active ingredients or dermatology.
- You have experience in patent analysis, patent drafting and project management.
- You are business fluent in German and English.
- You have a hands-on mentality, are a team player and have strong communication and interdisciplinary cooperation skills.
