Recruit, onboard, and retain top-tier technical talent, ensuring the team’s capabilities align with the company's needs.
Regularly evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and identifying opportunities for growth.
Lead regular technical workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to encourage creativity and collaboration among the team.
Act as a mentor to engineers and designers, fostering their career development and technical mastery.
Technical Oversight and Quality Assurance:
