Your tasks

Customer Support (after-sales) for customers, service engineers, subsidiaries and exterior plants, national as well as international for line, filling and process technology and especially IT systems
Reliable diagnosis of technical problems
Processing of complaints
Effective troubleshooting on the phone and via teleservice or video conferencing (augmented reality)
Documentation of solution paths as well as creation of reports regarding call/error sources and creation of FAQs
System-technical recording of incoming calls in the sales force case management (ticket creation)
Permanent further training with regard to the latest Krones machine and system technology and IT systems

Your profile

Successfully completed technical training as IT specialist for system integration or comparable qualification
Job-relevant practical experience
Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
Knowledge of plant and packaging technology, especially in the area of IT systems such as order management, production data acquisition and cloud platforms
Ability to work in a team and customer focus
Flexibility and willingness to work shifts and on weekends
Very good written and spoken English skills, and very good German skills required
