Our Technical Account Management team is looking for a Technical Account Manager who is the interface for collaboration between multiple internal teams and our advertisers, while taking technical ownership of high priority initiatives with our Key Accounts.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for high-value, complex technical initiatives involving Advertisers, Technical teams, and Sales & Account Management.
  • Collaborate with Sales Account Manager, Advertisers, and internal stakeholders to provide consultation and troubleshoot assigned topic areas.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Key Accounts through email, calls, and Technical QBRs.
  • Review different API documentations, check endpoints provided and test each one for proper function and response.
  • Work together to maximise advertisers' performance by analysing technical KPIs and advising on opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor API metrics to ensure smooth and consistent performance.
  • Channel advertiser requests to the development team to ensure seamless implementation changes.
  • Coordinate with QA teams to verify potential bugs and assist advertisers in finding solutions.
  • Contribute to designing process and workflow refinements to adapt to changes and ensure seamless team collaboration.

What you'll need to thrive:

  • Effective communication skills to build successful relationships.
  • Proficient understanding of XML and JSON web services (SOAP, REST).
  • Ability to effectively articulate complex technical issues to non-technical audience.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to prioritize effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Outstanding analytical skills to identify data inconsistencies.
  • Understanding of URL tracking.
  • Fluency in English (our company language).
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently as part of a team.

Stand out with:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Technical Account Management, Technical Customer Service, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of object-oriented programming.
  • Experience using Jira.
