As a Technical 3D Model Coordinator, you will be responsible for the coordination and development of offshore platform designs. Your key tasks will include:

• Leading and coordinating interdisciplinary engineering efforts for offshore converter platforms;
• Ensuring seamless collaboration between structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering teams;
• Integrating mechanical and electrical systems into 3D models while maintaining compliance with industry standards;
• Facilitating technical reviews, design validation meetings, and coordination discussions;
• Ensuring consistency and accuracy in technical documentation, including Bill of Materials (BOM), technical drawings, and specifications;
• Identifying and resolving design conflicts, while providing technical support to suppliers, customers, and stakeholders;
• Implementing and refining design guidelines and best practices to improve efficiency and reliability.

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field;
• Several years of experience in offshore or plant engineering, with a strong focus on interdisciplinary coordination;
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Cadmatic, CATIA, E3D) and PLM/PDM systems;
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and offshore design guidelines (preferred);
• Experience in 3D modeling and collision detection;
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a structured and solution-oriented approach;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment;
• Fluent English skills (spoken and written); German language skills are a plus. EU citizenship required.
