Tech Lead (d/f/m) in AI in Construction Start Up

We are Jens (experienced product leader) and Gerrit (serial entrepreneur), co-founders of "Sinnvoll Sanieren". Together, we are building a vertical AI for the construction industry helping home owners to fully manage their renovations. Using multiple agents to asses, facilitate decision making and manage any party involved autonomously for the ultimate hassle free experience.

We are looking for a tech lead to join our team and help us turn our vision into a tech solution.

Your profile:

• Startup Mindset:You have demonstrable experience in a rapidly growing startup or a similar role in a fast-paced, highly complex, and dynamic environment, ideally as a team lead.
• Full-Stack Technical Skills:Strong coding ability with experience in building scalable digital products, like NextJS or similar frameworks, and knowledge in cloud platforms and modern dev tools.
• AI Understanding:Knowledge and skills to leverage AI to create innovative and practical business solutions. You are passionate about construction AI.
• Data-Driven Mindset:Build, measure, and learn from customer behavior in our product to enhance user experience, optimize performance, and drive impactful business outcomes.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:Strong communication skills to work with founders, product teams, and business stakeholders to drive energetic renovation and AI innovation.
• Language: You are fluent in English. German is a plus, as it facilitates communicating with stakeholders in Germany.

• You bring our product vision to life by connecting customer needs and modern technology, like AI.
• You are responsible for the technical architecture of our venture and for implementing scalable sustainable tech solutions.
• You lead the development of prototypes and MVP to validate ideas and concepts.
• You build and connect AI agents, connect data sources and optimise manual and automated data intake.
• You ensure best practices in code quality, testing and deployment.
• You collaborate closely with co-founders and stakeholders to drive product development.
