Tasks & responsibilities:

1. Lead the Supply Chain OE Coordination team in charge of order processing, delivery planning and supply coordination for OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) in line with the customer requirements and Goodyear's process guidelines and strategy.
2. Deliver customer value by end to end follow up and satisfy customer needs in alignment with Goodyear processes and guidelines.
3. Work closely with Sales and other departments to ensure that the assigned customer requirements within the team function are being met leading to high customer satisfaction.
4. Drive effective cooperation at the interfaces with Supply Planning, Demand Planning and Sales Operations OE to ensure a feasible and optimized plan.
5. Ensure appropriate service and availability is provided to Consumer OE customers by monitoring and developing the Coordination part of the Supply Chain OE Consumer process with adequate standard operating procedures and work instructions.
6. Be the representative of Supply Chain Consumer OE at customer visits and escalations.
7. Drive People Development & Performance by using Goodyear standard Processes of People Management.
8. Drive the company and supply chain strategy in the Supply Chain OE team as a member of the Supply Chain OE Core team.
9. Monitor the performance through main Supply Chain OE KPI's (OE Supplier Rating, Delivery Performance, Premium Freight, ...).

Profile:

1. Successfully completed a university degree in economics with a focus on supply chain management / logistics.
2. Three years experience of working in a OE customer facing environment.
3. Two years experience of working with various stakeholders, esp. at the interface to Supply Chain planning departments.
4. Structured & solution-oriented approach with an analytical understanding.
5. Clear and effective communication across hierarchies.
6. Able to build relationships and trust to encourage collaboration.
7. Very good written & oral communication skills in German & English.
8. Willingness to occasionally go on business trips, if required also for > one day.
