As the creative department of ABOUT YOU, we collaboratively develop and design innovative marketing and content strategies for our brand. The responsibilities of our Brand Creation team include Concept & Strategy, Art Direction, and Copywriting, spanning from idea generation and concept development to creation, design, and the visual and textual implementation of projects. Our Concept & Creation team operates like an in-house creative agency, ensuring innovative communication for ABOUT YOU.

As Team Lead Concept & Creation (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the conception and development of our Celebrity Collection Campaigns, flagship events such as the ABOUT YOU Fashion Week, and disruptive marketing campaigns. Acting as the creative and conceptual mind, you will collaborate with various internal teams and external partners, create innovative ideas, and play a key role in the execution and production of our national and international campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Creative conception and development of innovative marketing campaigns
• Team leadership, coordination, and collaboration with other teams
• Creative direction and execution of campaign implementations (e.g., shoots, productions, motion design)
• Partnerships with national and international collaborators
• Continuous development of our brand's content and visual identity

Requirements

• Industry-specific education or degree, e.g., Visual Communication, Marketing Communication, or a related field
• Ideally 3–5 years of professional experience in design, marketing, and communication, or comparable skills
• Experience in professional and disciplinary team leadership
• Proficient in all major social media platforms and online communities
• Interest in digital trends and strong motivation to develop and implement state-of-the-art campaigns
• Experience in the conception and execution of photo and film formats
• Affinity for fashion, design, and a keen eye for visual language and typography
• Strong communication and organizational skills, a pronounced hands-on mentality, and quick comprehension
• Team player with mentoring skills, a positive attitude, curiosity, and the ability to handle constructive criticism
