Team Leader Warehouse - Goods Receiving

Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensure correct receipt of goods in terms of quantity and quality.
2. Supervise and organize cleanliness and proper storage in dry and refrigerated areas.
3. Validate incoming goods receipts in the business management system.
4. Monitor and manage stock levels, including monthly inventories.
5. Build and maintain a fair and respectful relationship with suppliers.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Experience in the food industry, ideally in goods reception or warehouse logistics.
2. Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a precise and efficient working method.
3. Leadership skills with a respectful and assertive approach.
4. Team player with commitment and a solution-oriented mindset.
5. Good German skills and basic English skills (or willingness to improve).
6. A valid Zuverlässigkeitsüberprüfung (Background Check), Gesundheitszeugnis (Health Certificate), Luftsicherheitsschulung (11.2.3.10) are mandatory.
