Team Leader Quality Assurance (m/f/d)

Your Contribution:

1. You motivate and inspire your team by supporting and promoting them to enable both professional and personal development.
2. You plan, monitor, and control testing projects, manage resources effectively, and prioritize tasks to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
3. You communicate clearly, precisely, and effectively with team members, stakeholders, and other departments to report on team progress and issues and provide constructive feedback.
4. You analyze data, identify trends and patterns in test results and product quality, and draw conclusions to continuously improve software quality.

What you bring along:

1. You have a deep understanding of software development processes and life cycles, as well as QA methodologies, testing strategies, and frameworks (preferably ISTQB certified).
2. You have experience with test automation tools and scripts (such as Eggplant, Selenium, JUnit, TestNG) and are familiar with defect management and test case management systems (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
3. You possess strong leadership qualities, including the ability to hire, train, and evaluate employee performance, as well as decision-making and problem-solving skills.
4. You are willing to continuously educate yourself and stay up-to-date with technology and best practices, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and technologies.
5. You are fluent in both German and English.
