Summary

We are looking for a “Team Leader Production Planning and Costing (f/m/d)” for the “Planning and Costing” department at the Oberkochen site as soon as possible. The Planning and Costing department is responsible for the planning and processing of all customer orders at both a tactical and operational level across the entire supply chain. This includes the coordination of all departments involved, the planning conversion of customer requirements into production orders and procurement requirements, capacity planning in the production areas and the qualitative and timely delivery of materials for production. In addition, the calculations for inquiries, quotations and manufacturing cost optimization are prepared.

Your Tasks

• Technical and disciplinary management of the production planning, scheduling and production costing departments
• Ensuring robust and transparent planning of production orders at an operational, tactical and strategic level
• Promoting comprehensive and integrated collaboration within the supply chain, in particular with the program areas, purchasing and production
• Continuous optimization of the entire supply chain and manufacturing cost calculation
• Development and optimization of group-wide supply chain and costing processes in a team and responsibility for local implementation at the Oberkochen site
• Responsibility for the timely provision of requested calculations in accordance with public price law

Your Profile

• Completed studies in logistics, industrial engineering, economics or similar
• Several years of experience within a supply chain function (e.g. scheduling, purchasing, production, logistics, planning)
• Initial management experience advantageous
• Sound SAP knowledge in the MM, PP modules
• High degree of self-motivation and creative drive
• Independent, structured way of working, as well as high communication skills and solution orientation
• Confident, friendly demeanor and assertiveness
• Very good German and good English skills
