Position: Team Leader Environmental Engineering

Location: Essen or Berlin, Germany

I am looking for a Team Leader with a background in Environmental Engineering to join our company. We are an international company with offices in over 30 countries and work on a global scale. We provide independent services in the four main fields of Exploration, Engineering, Consulting, and Geotechnics. We also develop products and offer solutions for industrial metrology and testing with an emphasis on natural resources, safety, and infrastructure.

Your Responsibilities:

1. You will be responsible for the disciplinary and technical management of a team of 10.
2. This also includes taking over key accounts and developing new customers.
3. You will be responsible for the strategic development of the specialist discipline, taking into account new market developments and trends.
4. You will also manage projects in the areas of demolition, land, and groundwater remediation.

Required Skills / Experience:

1. Fluent in both German & English.
2. You have a degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering, geography, or similar.
3. Expertise in the field of pollutant analysis and remediation, with relevant professional experience in the field of demolition, land, or groundwater remediation.
4. Experience in all service phases and confidence in preparing expert reports are what characterize you.
5. You have initial experience of managing employees/teams.
6. Sales knowledge with a corresponding network, strategic thinking, as well as a confident manner and service-orientation in customer contact round off your profile.
