Team Leader Civil Site Manager (m / f / d)

We are looking for a Team Leader Site Management (m / w / d) in the field of civil construction works. The main task of the position is the technical and disciplinary management of our site managers and the assurance of the applicable regulations on the construction sites. The position is preferably to be filled in Hamburg and requires regular on-site presence on the construction sites.

YOUR TASKS

1. Technical, operational and disciplinary leadership over civil site managers
2. Conducting professional- and personal development discussions and the enabling of coaching and further development
3. Ensuring that the construction sites are managed in accordance with the applicable HSE guidelines
4. Ensuring that company processes and quality standards are implemented on all construction sites
5. Coaching, mentoring, motivating, and developing team members to achieve a highly aligned, motivated, and engaged team
6. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders enabling better performance and increased efficiency
7. Development and implementation of various execution-based processes and procedures

YOUR PROFILE

1. At least 3+ years’ experience in leading a team of site managers, preferably within the renewable energy sector
2. Civil engineering or construction related education on a Bachelor level with relevant experience is preferred
3. Ambassador of Health, Safety and the Environment who can develop and direct a team
4. Excellent English and German skills, allowing you to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
5. You thrive when working with people of different national and cultural backgrounds
6. Ability to thrive in an innovative, agile, and very busy environment
7. Result-orientated and an effective problem solver, while calm and determined under pressure
