As our Team Lead Talent Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing scalable hiring strategies to attract top talent across our organization. You’ll take ownership of the entire recruitment lifecycle, collaborating closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to align hiring priorities and ensure we meet our growth objectives. Your hands-on expertise will guide and empower the Talent Acquisition team, enabling them to achieve their full potential. By building and coaching a high-performing team, you’ll drive impact by enhancing our employer brand, improving candidate experience, and ensuring the successful delivery of recruitment outcomes that fuel our company’s success.
THE ROLE
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of 4 TA Managers, together with whom you’ll be hiring in DACH region primarily, but also in Italy and Poland
- Support your team and ensure that each team member can perform to the best of their ability and develop them into true sparring partners for our departments
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent, and refine hiring processes to ensure efficiency and scalability
- Work closely with the managers and act as a strategic sparring partner for all recruitment-related matters
- As a part of the People leadership team, you bring ideas, raise initiatives and you contribute actively to our strategies and projects
YOUR PROFILE
- You have extensive experience in TA, and hold the Berlin start-up ecosystem in the back of your pocket
- You excel at empowering people to reach their full potential while minimizing external pressures, allowing them to stay focused and engaged
- You are data-driven, with a deep understanding of how to interpret analytics and translate insights into actionable strategies
- You have a strong ability to understand organizational dynamics, enabling you to identify headcount gaps, anticipate needs, and address potential challenges effectively
- You know how to connect with senior leaders, broaden your influence and clear the way for your team to make impact
- You are an excellent communicator in English (German, French, Italian or Polish are a plus)
