Team Lead Software Engineering (m/w/d)

We are a b2b2c software company striving to give home buyers and mortgage advisors a fully digital mortgage experience. We connect the home buyer’s journey of buying property with value-adding services along the way such as property valuation, robo-advice for financing options and leveraging AI to classify and read documents.

Over 600 mortgage advisors from 100+ different companies use FinLink, including Swisslife Select, Baufi24, Homeday and Immo-finanzcheck.

• Lead a team of frontend and backend engineers
• Ensure long term tech health, scalability and maintainability
• Ensure engineering best practices and technical integrity
• Ensure development of team members
• Remove blockers and resolve conflicts of the team
• Assist the product manager in creating, estimating and executing Epics and User Stories

• 2+ years of leading a team of at least 3 software engineers
• Experience building production ready software as well as maintaining and monitoring its behavior on production
• Experience with Angular
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
• The ability to share and receive direct feedback with empathy and EQ
• Very good communication skills in English (our office language) and in German
