YOUR TASKS

• You are responsible for the further development of the PAYBACK Group's data protection management (data subject rights, documentation, deletion procedures, training, etc.) and contract management.
• You coordinate the relevant stakeholders for operational data protection across the company (internal interfaces, supervisory authorities, auditors, external data protection officer, and parent company).
• You take on the management and further development of the data protection team.
• The continuous review of processes, systems, and product ideas with regard to data protection compliance in close coordination with the legal department rounds off your varied area of responsibility.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have successfully completed a degree in (business) informatics, business administration/economics, law, or comparable.
• You have several years of professional experience in data protection, governance, risk, or compliance as well as a high affinity for topics in the areas of tech, data, and security.
• You have sound project management and problem-solving skills as well as assertiveness, decisiveness, and ideally already management experience.
• You are characterized by excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile.
