Responsibilities

• Lead & Develop: Build and develop a high-performing Operations & Client Success team of 46 in an international matrix organization.
• Campaign Excellence: Manage and optimize retail media campaigns across all channels onsite (SPA, SBA, PDA), offsite (DSP, Search), and in-store (e.g., In-store TV) in our BENELUX markets.
• Data Driven Insights: Analyze campaign and market data including cross-country performance comparisons to improve strategies and drive client success.
• Client Success: Conduct client and agency meetings to review results, discuss KPIs, and identify upselling opportunities for future campaigns.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Sales, Vendor Strategy, and Tech teams across countries to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Performance Driven: Ensure campaign quality (CPC, ROAS) and continuously optimize performance to increase customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

Your Profile

• Proven Leadership: Successful track record in leading teams within a matrix organization.
• Digital Marketing Pro: Extensive experience in digital marketing campaign management and optimization (Retail Media, SEA).
• Sales Savvy: Strong upselling skills and success in sales-driven environments.
• Tech & Data Expert: Proficient with ad servers, DSPs, SSPs, and analytics systems with a deep understanding of retail media, programmatic, and data-driven advertising.
• Analytical & Strategic: Excellent analytical skills, fast comprehension of complex topics, and a results-driven mindset.
• Global Mindset: Experienced in international teams and fluent in English (additional languages like Italian, Spanish, Dutch, or Polish are a plus).
• Agile & Communicative: Thrive in fast-paced dynamic environments with strong communication and adaptability.
• Educational Background: Degree in business administration, economics, industrial engineering, or similar field.
