Team Lead - AI Platforms

ML6 is at the forefront of the AI revolution, helping businesses across Europe innovate and gain a competitive edge. We're looking for an experienced and passionate leader to build and grow our AI Platforms domain, which leverages platform engineering to enable AI throughout our enterprise clients’ organisation, including industry leaders like Randstad, ASML, and Luminus.

As an AI Platforms Team Lead, you'll lead a team specialising in platform engineering, encompassing MLOps/LLMOps, cloud architectures, and the development of GenAI platforms. You'll advise our enterprise customers on both technical and organisational levels, guiding them on how to successfully implement and scale AI within their organisations. You will play a key role in shaping our AI platform capabilities and driving innovation in the field.

Your challenge

• Strategic Leadership: Define the strategic direction for ML6's AI Platforms domain, including service offerings, technology roadmap, and team development.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new market opportunities for the AI Platform services across industries.
• Team Building: Build and lead a high-performing AI Platforms team, fostering a culture of collaboration, mentorship, and innovation.
• Project Delivery: Drive and deliver projects as a technical and/or functional project lead, ensuring high customer satisfaction and impactful outcomes.
• Thought Leadership: Develop ML6’s vision on AI Platforms and represent ML6 as a thought leader and ambassador at industry events and conferences.

• Education: Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
