Henkel holds leading positions in both industrial and consumer businesses: Our portfolio includes well-known hair care products, laundry detergents, fabric softeners as well as adhesives, sealants, and functional coatings.

Aufgaben

  1. Support the team on all administrative and organizational matters including setting up meetings, organizing travel, cost reimbursement, etc.
  2. Support the team in certain M&A activities such as preparation of committee documents.
  3. Follow and ensure adherence to M&A governance (following master calendar, ensuring committee deadlines are met, etc.).
  4. Maintain the M&A database and M&A SharePoint.
  5. Profile potential M&A targets, competitors, or other relevant companies if requested.
  6. Perform other organizational, administrative, and content work as necessary.

Profil

  1. Bachelor's degree with a focus on finance, controlling, strategic management, or similar.
  2. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in an international environment with a focus on finance topics.
  3. Strong user-related skills in MS Office.
  4. Ability to build an extensive network and communicate professionally with all areas and at all levels of the company.
  5. Results-oriented and pragmatic to achieve the set goals.
  6. Proactive mindset and motivation to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  7. Fluent English language skills; German would be an advantage.
