Requirements
- You will be required to sign a Mobility Agreement.
- Male applicants born after December 31, 1959, must complete a Pre-Employment Certification Statement for Selective Service Requirement.
- Proof of U.S. Citizenship required.
- Direct deposit of pay is required.
- Two year trial period may be required.
- Appointment subject to a suitability/fitness determination, as determined by a background investigation.
- This position requires a Tier 1 (T1) investigation with Childcare Checks since its duties require interaction with children and youth under the age of eighteen (18) years of age.
- You may be required to sign a transportation agreement.

This is a mixed position: 0310- Teacher, English (Secondary) and 0485 School Educational Technologist.
Applicant must have at least a Bachelor's Degree.
0310- Teacher, English (Secondary)-
Minimum Education Requirement: A minimum of 24 semester hours in English/Language Arts is required. Course work must include a course in each English literature, American literature, composition (writing process). A minimum of 12 semester hours of upper-level coursework in English is required.
0485 School Educational Technologist-
Minimum Education Requirement: A minimum of 18 semester hours of education technology related course work is required. Course work must be specific to instructional technology content. Such courses include instructional design, online or distance learning, integration of technology into curriculum including assistive technology, assessment and planning for technology, professional learning and development, and technology leadership in education. No more than 6 semester hours will be accepted in content areas such as STEM education, emerging technologies in education, augmented or virtual reality in education, artificial intelligence (AI), digital media and design, video communications, or media and gaming design.
