Talent Sorcerer (Talent Sourcer)
Please note that this role is focused exclusively on sourcing — identifying, engaging, and nurturing top-of-funnel talent. If you're seeking a full-cycle Recruiter / TA position, this will not be the right fit.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract with the potential to extend.
As a Talent Sorcerer, you’ll be our master of first impressions — combining intuition, precision, and a bit of sourcing magic to find and engage exceptional people before they ever hit the apply button. Working alongside our recruiters and hiring leads, you’ll build pipelines, craft compelling outreach, and ensure our talent map is always one step ahead of our hiring needs.
What You’ll Do:
- Cast wide (but strategic) sourcing spells across LinkedIn, job boards, niche communities, events and more.
- Build and nurture diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs while continuously experimenting with sourcing tactics to improve response and conversion rates.
- Partner with our all-star TA and hiring teams to deeply understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Craft compelling outreach messages that reflect our brand and spark candidate interest.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS (Ashby) and sourcing tools.
What You’ll Bring:- 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing, ideally in tech and/or high-growth startup environments.
- Proven ability to identify and engage top passive talent.
- A knack for finding needles in haystacks — Boolean strings, LinkedIn tricks, and niche searches.
- Strong written communication skills in English with the ability to tailor messaging for different candidate personas.
- A curious, persistent, analytical and creative approach to sourcing.
