The Role
As a Talent Partner focusing on our technology organisation at Gigs, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our world-class engineering & data teams. This is an ideal position for a staff level recruiter that has deep engineering full cycle recruitment experience. Reporting to the Head of Talent, you'll partner closely with engineering leadership, product teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify, attract, and hire top technical talent.
What you will do
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering & data roles, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Partner with engineering leadership to understand team needs, role requirements, and growth plans.
- Build and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top engineering talent globally.
- Drive a high-quality candidate experience, ensuring timely, transparent, and engaging interactions.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize hiring processes and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Act as a talent advisor, influencing hiring decisions with market intelligence and best practices.
- Continuously improve our recruitment processes, tools, and employer branding initiatives specific to engineering talent.
What we are looking for
- Proven experience as a staff-level recruiter or Talent Partner with a focus on engineering/technical roles.
- Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments, ideally for technology companies recognised for having exceptional tech talent.
- Deep expertise in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Strong knowledge of technical roles, skills, and engineering hiring best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with engineering leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and refine strategies accordingly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a candidate-centric approach.
