Talent Group Lead (m/w/d)

About us

MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.

Your profile

  • University degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Proven experience in a senior HR role, preferably including some years of Leadership experience, with a focus on Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Talent Acquisition

  • Strong leadership and people management skills

  • Ideally a Coaching and/or Trainer certification

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strategic thinker with a strong ability to innovate and drive change

  • Proficient in HR software and tools

  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail

Your tasks

Technical Leadership:

  • Provide technical guidance and support to three P&O members in Learning & Development and Talent Management

  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team

Disciplinary Leadership:

  • Oversee and manage the performance, development, and well-being of six team members (initial three in Learning & Development and Talent Management, followed by three in Talent Acquisition and Retention)

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and career development planning

Talent Programs Development:

  • Design and implement state-of-the-art Talent Programs
  • Develop innovative strategies to nurture and grow our Talent Pool
  • Continuously innovate and enhance our Competence Models and the curriculum in our internal MOBIS Academy
  • Act as key member in our Assessment Centers and Promotion Committee to identify, assess and develop High Potentials
  • Drive and nurture a continuous learning culture within the whole organization

Strategic Partnership:

  • Act as a sparring partner to senior management, providing expert advice in Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Talent Acquisition
  • Collaborate with other departments to align talent strategies with business goals
  • Partner with our HR Core Team to create the best employee experiences, attractive compensation and sustainable HR solutions

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in HR, Learning & Development, and Talent Management
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of HR (Talent) programs and processes

Talent Acquisition and Retention:

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Oversee the external and internal recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate and employee experience

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Utilize HR analytics to inform decision-making and measure the success of talent initiatives
  • Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the team and across the organization
