As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and contributing to the overall business success. You will work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. From screening CVs to conducting interviews to successfully hiring new members of the team – your recruitment expertise in the German markets will be invaluable.
What does the typical day look like:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for various roles across the German-speaking markets.
Sourcing candidates, building talent pools, and interviewing.
Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs, role requirements, and desired skill sets.
Successfully signing agreements with partners through negotiating terms.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by providing timely communication, feedback, and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
What are we looking for:
Fluency in German (C2 or higher) and English (B2 or higher).
Experience in a recruitment or sales role.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work closely with hiring managers and provide advice on recruitment best practices and market conditions.
