Job Responsibilities:

• Gain complete knowledge of client’s planning systems and integration points to support the planning team.
• Support business users with questions and issues by conducting impact analysis and researching the issue.
• Coordinate with the tech team in case a technical fix is required. Conduct QA/UAT for bug fix or enhancements.
• Support month-end actualization and forecasts by validating data.
• Some weekend work required and is coordinated with the other team member.

Skills and Experience Required:

• MS Excel
• Familiarity with retail industry
• Ability to learn retail planning application.
• Comfortable with analyzing and manipulating large volumes of data using MS Excel.
• SQL experience is nice to have.
• Comfortable with the following:
• Oracle Retail planning application (Oracle based retail app)
• MicroStrategy (reporting tool)
• Data analysis and manipulation using MS Excel.
• Familiarity with retail processes and applications is a plus.
• Good verbal and written communication skills as the resource will be interacting with business users and IT teams.
