System Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and optimize internal IT infrastructure (hardware and software) to ensure smooth operations.
2. Design system architecture and integrate hardware, software, and network solutions to meet business needs.
3. Continuously analyze and optimize systems for improved performance, scalability, and reliability.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues to minimize downtime.
5. Perform installations, configurations, and maintenance of hardware and software.
6. Propose and implement process optimizations to enhance efficiency.
7. Assist in the rollout of new technologies, ensuring smooth implementation and successful project delivery.

Your Profile:

1. Multiple years of experience in IT administration/engineering or a similar role.
2. Fluency in English; any German speaking ability is a plus.
3. Expertise in Linux (additional knowledge of MacOS and Windows is a plus but Linux is necessary).
4. Strong knowledge of network management (IP, WLAN, etc.).
5. Independent and structured with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
6. High initiative, reliability, and strong communication skills.
7. Knowledge of VoIP technologies and familiarity with Java are beneficial.
