As an owner-managed, medium-sized IT system house, K&W Informatik GmbH is one of the leading providers of complex IT solutions in Saxony with over 80 employees.

At the earliest possible date, we are looking for reinforcement and support for our IT service team at our location in Niederdorf by an experienced

System administrator/ network technician.

These Tasks Await You:

• Independent performance of service work in the IT environment at a permanent customer, primarily on networks (switching, routing, WLAN security, Veeam, Exchange, Hyper-V, VM-Ware).
• Installation, configuration and support of hardware/maintenance of servers & network infrastructure.
• Technical support for error analysis in the hardware and software area.
• Documentation of changes in the area of network cabling.
• Good communication with our customers and conscientious documentation of the work.
• Coordination of activities with other service partners.
• Installation of servers and clients at our customer's premises.
• Implementation of customer requirements in Active Directory.

• Vocational training in the IT sector, ideally as an IT systems administrator or IT systems integration specialist, BA degree.
• First professional experience in the described area of responsibility.
• MCSA certification is an advantage.
• Responsible, time and solution-oriented way of working.
• Flexibility, curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Stress resistance and customer orientation.
• Willingness to carry out documentation work.
