Your role:

  • Oversee / coordinate and implement the company’s legal reporting requirements with particular focus on human rights due diligence and compliance in supply chains and own operations.
  • Drive and monitor company compliance with human rights legislation on local and EU level.
  • Develop and implement sustainability strategies and programs that align with company goals.
  • Conduct sustainability assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainable practices into business operations.
  • Monitor and report on sustainability metrics, goals, and progress.
  • Research and recommend best practices in sustainability initiatives.
  • Engage employees through training and awareness programs to foster a culture of sustainability.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, including vendors, customers, and regulatory bodies, on sustainability-related matters.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and innovations in sustainability.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sustainability initiatives, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Experience with human rights and supply chain due diligence programs and legislation (LkSG, CSDDD).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for human rights and sustainable practices.
