Sustainability Manager LCA & Ecological (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct certification-proof LCA/PCF studies of different product groups (sugar, conversion, co-products, Beetkraft, ...) and on different levels (Division, country, factory, product line).
• Responsible for data quality management, including software and selection of secondary databases.
• Translate organisational CO2 reduction roadmap into a PCF roadmap 2030 for different product groups.
• Provide support to the sales team, manage data requests from customers, present expert advice to customers, and contribute to projects to create value from sustainability.
• Manage certification process (3rd party).
• Conduct competition performance analysis and identify action points for DS, discussing with internal stakeholders.
• Use LCA/PCF analysis to define process improvements, discussing with internal stakeholders as a basis for decision making.
• Stay up to date with the latest LCA developments & legal requirements, ensuring methodological compliance & refinement of calculations, in close cooperation with the Corporate CEHS department.
• Validate green claims compliance of data & methodologies used in communication.

Your Profile

• University degree, preferably in engineering or a technical direction.
• Experience in LCA/PCF methodologies.
• Experience with LCA software, preferably SimaPRO, and familiarity with databases such as ecoinvent & Agri Footprint.
• Affinity with the agro-food sector.
• Fluent in English, with good communication and presentation skills.
