We are looking for a highly qualified Support Lead (m/f/d) for our global B2B systems and IT landscape to join our growing team in Berlin, Munich, or Hamburg.
1KOMMA5° is creating Germany's largest one-stop-shop for the installation and maintenance of solar panels, heat pumps, electricity solutions, and charging infrastructure. All solutions are connected and optimized with Heartbeat AI.
Your mission
As a Support Lead for our global B2B and IT systems, you will lead a team dedicated to providing exceptional support and training for our systems, empowering installation businesses in renewable energy. You will collaborate with teams across seven countries and 50+ branches to resolve technical challenges, enhance system usability, and deliver impactful guidance. Your leadership will ensure our solutions remain user-centric and scalable, driving success in close partnership with our product and engineering teams.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead and Inspire: Provide empathetic leadership to a growing, international support team, fostering collaboration with branches worldwide.
- Customer-Centric Solutions: Design and shape support systems that thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as the communication bridge between branches and internal product & tech teams.
- Remote-First Setup: Build a robust, remote-first support system to assist employees across diverse regions.
- Change Management: Guide change initiatives to ensure the adoption and success of our systems and solutions.
- Data-Driven Insights: Identify bottlenecks, spot improvement patterns, and guide strategic decisions with data-driven analysis.
- IT Collaboration: Contribute to aligning the IT strategy with company goals to support global scaling.
- Process Optimization: Automate and streamline processes to enhance scalability and efficiency.
- Hands-On Leadership: Configure tools, dive deep into solutions, and lead by example with a hands-on approach.
- Mentorship and Training: Support and train international users, fostering growth and system mastery.
Your profile
- Proven leadership experience in a fast-growing global startup environment.
- Strong expertise in agile and design thinking methodologies.
- Passion for making a positive impact in the renewable energy sector.
- Skilled in designing optimized and automated service desk systems.
- Proficient in building dashboards and analytical tools for data-driven decisions.
- Experience in transformation and change management.
- Basic technical know-how to configure and optimize IT tools and systems.
- Familiarity with the construction, real estate, or energy industries (a plus).
- Fluent in English; basic knowledge of German is an advantage.
