Supply Officer (m/f/d) After Sales for Standard for Airbus

We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position Supply Officer (m/f/d) After Sales for Standard.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the flow of materials to Airbus and searching for solutions to fulfill customer demands on standard and hardware materials.
• Ensuring the accuracy of requirements submitted to suppliers and developing creative ideas to meet urgent needs.
• Communicating demand to suppliers, placing and tracking orders, analyzing delivery delays, and managing recovery plans.
• Active participation in the definition and negotiation of logistic processes.
• Monitoring the performance of the supply chain in day-to-day business as well as regular contact with suppliers.
• Regular communication with internal customers about the progress of the order.

Your Profile:

• Completed studies in the field of engineering, business economics, supply chain, or a comparable qualification.
• More than two years of professional experience in the field of:
• Scheduling / Material Procurement
• Purchase
• Logistics
• Supply Chain
• Good knowledge in Project Management.
• Good knowledge of SAP.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace.
• Basic knowledge in German.
