Supply Chain Planner (m/f/d)
Position Summary
As Supply Chain Analyst and Coordinator in Supply Chain CP Equipment you will be responsible for supporting the department mostly with focus strategic projects and value stream-based analysis. The position will provide a broad and interconnected view of the whole supply chain.
General Responsibilities
- Analyses along the supply chain
Implementation and evaluation of quantitative and qualitative analyses of logistical data and processes in the supply chain
Identifiation and evaluation of weak points in our clients' internal and external transport networks
Development of various optimization scenarios
Creation of reports, Excel overviews and presentations - Inventory management
Conduct inventory analysis
Ongoing development of inventory management strategies
Active management and right-sizing of inventory and DOH based on supply chain strategies
Coordination of departments involved in the implementation of actions
Close collaboration with demand and production planning, production, tactical and strategic purchasing, logistics
Process responsibility for demand management using Kanban, including roll-out to other areas and locations, as well as continuous development - Phase IN/OUT Planning
Single point of contact for all Phase IN and Phase OUT activities in the supply chain
Close collaboration with supply chain functions, production, R&D, process industrialization, etc.
Manage the phase-in/out planning of old and new products/articles/materials and actively communicate with the above-mentioned departments regarding the postponement of target dates
Skills and Experience
- Several years of experience in Lean, Supply Chain, Inventory, Production environment
- Some years’ experience in project management
- Results-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Fluent German and good written and spoken English skills
- Interest in Continuous Improvement, LEAN, Supply Chain, Logistics
- MS Office user knowledge
- Analytical and conceptual skills
- Reliable, responsible and structured work
- Good communication and team skills
- Team player
