The Company

An international Developer at the forefront of renewable energy, delivering innovative projects from concept to completion. The company is experiencing rapid growth across Europe, with Germany serving as a key strategic market. Currently, the portfolio includes approximately 200 MW of operational capacity and an impressive 3 GW under development, spanning Onshore Wind, PV, & BESS.

Key duties:

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies that support the company’s renewable energy projects
• Forecast demand and create production and inventory plans to meet project needs
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure uninterrupted operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project management, engineering, and procurement
• Monitor key supply chain metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with sustainability goals and ethical sourcing standards

The successful candidate will likely have the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning in the renewable energy sector
• Proficiency in supply chain planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar systems)
• Strong analytical skills and experience with demand forecasting and inventory management
• Fluency in German & English

As the business continues its growth within Germany, opportunities to progress up the ladder of seniority will become available. This successful candidate is projected to reach Supply Chain Team Leader or similar within 1-2 years.
