The gross annual salary is between € 62,800 and max. € 66,100. Please note that we can only consider candidates who have a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU. The position is initially limited to one year.
Job description
Tasks
Managing the flow of materials to internal and external customers and ensuring on-time delivery of cabin parts
Ensuring the correct transmission and communication of requirements to suppliers
Placing and tracking orders, early detection of production disruptions and management of recovery plans
Regular dialogue with suppliers to ensure a smooth supply chain
Actively participate in the definition and negotiation of logistics processes to optimise operations
Monitoring supply chain performance and initiating measures in the event of deviations
Transparently informing internal customers about the status of order fulfilment
Developing and implementing solutions to fulfil customer requirements
Requirements
Degree in engineering, business administration or supply chain/logistics with a qualification at least as a technician or business administrator
Several years of professional experience in scheduling/material procurement, supplier management, customer service and supply chain/logistics as well as initial experience in purchasing
Good expertise in the management and optimisation of supply chains
Detailed user knowledge of SAP R/3 and expertise with Google Workspace
Business fluent German and English (at least C1 level)
Willingness to travel internationally, approx. 8 times a year for one week at a time
An unrestricted work permit for the European Union is mandatory
