As a Supply Chain Manager, you ensure that our products are reliably transported from A to B, our operations are continuously optimized, and our fulfillment runs smoothly. The Role
You take full responsibility for our entire supply chain, from logistics and warehousing to returns management.
You optimize processes and workflows to make our operations even more efficient.
You manage our fulfillment and order management for both D2C and B2B orders, coordinating with our partners.
You improve our outbound logistics by working with fulfillment service providers and shipping partners to develop faster and more cost-effective solutions.
You oversee packaging management – from procurement to sustainable optimization.
You create analyses and reports on the performance of our supply chain to make data-driven decisions.
You take responsibility for our data setup and optimize our operations reports in Tableau.
Your Profile
You have at least 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or operations.
You hold a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
You are familiar with current trends, digital tools, and best practices in supply chain management.
You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with numbers – Excel is part of your standard toolkit, and knowledge of Tableau is a plus.
You have excellent communication skills and can coordinate professionally with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
You have experience in project management and implementing new tools and processes.
You have a hands-on mentality and quickly identify operational bottlenecks, solving them with pragmatic solutions.
You quickly adapt to new topics and have a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
You speak fluent English and German at least on level B1.
