Job Description:

Your mission

• Manage and optimize the end-to-end supply chain for UAV electronics, sensors, and critical components
• Develop and maintain relationships with global suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners
• Ensure on-time procurement, cost efficiency, and risk mitigation in the supply chain
• Oversee supplier qualification, contract negotiations, and compliance with ITAR, EAR, and BAFA
• Implement inventory management strategies to balance cost, lead times, and production needs
• Monitor geopolitical risks, export regulations, and supply chain vulnerabilities
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to align procurement with R&D and production demands
• Utilize ERP and supply chain analytics tools to optimize operations and forecasting

Your profile

• 5+ years experience in supply chain management, procurement, or logistics in defense, aerospace, or high-tech manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of electronics, RF systems, sensors, and UAV-related components
• Experience with ITAR, EAR, EU Dual-Use, and military-grade supply chain compliance
• Expertise in supplier negotiations, contract management, and global sourcing
• Proficiency in ERP, MRP, and supply chain analytics tools
• Ability to manage complex logistics, multi-tier suppliers, and rapid production scaling

Nice to have

• Experience in counter-UAV, drone technology, or electronic warfare systems
• Background in supply chain resilience strategies and risk assessment for global operations
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and just-in-time (JIT) inventory principles
