Your tasks:

• Functional leadership of Supply Chain Management in the Business Unit Distribution Transformers
• Develop and implement the supply chain strategy in line with the business unit and group supply chain strategy
• Define and implement material group strategies to improve supplier performance (material availability and cost, cash, quality and sustainability performance)
• Streamline and optimize the BU wide supply chain processes (both on strategic and operational level)
• Develop the organizational structure and further improve the maturity of the supply chain team
• Foster strategic supplier partnerships to support the ambitious growth plans

Your profile:

• Several years of experience as a leader of international teams in the industrial business environment, in best case in transformer industry.
• Superior knowledge in management and strategic sourcing of different materials (commodities as well as design to order materials).
• Extraordinary skills in leadership, analytics, strategic thinking and commercial negotiations.
• Assertiveness combined with capacity in teamwork and excellent communication skills in English, both to internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiar with the main Microsoft Office applications (Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, …).
• Willingness to travel up to 30%
