Job Overview

We are really pleased to be supporting a leading consumer goods business in their search for a Supply Leader for their DACH region. This role will be part of the leadership team of the region, working closely with cross-functional colleagues in marketing, finance, and sales while leading a large team of passionate supply chain professionals. With scope for the full planning and logistics remit, we are looking for someone with excellent operational experience in these areas combined with a strategic approach focused on delivering business growth.

Responsibilities

• Experienced Supply Chain leader - preferably with experience across both planning (S&OP) and logistics.
• Leadership experience - happy for someone to step up but you need some people management experience already.
• Excellent communication skills - someone who is a team player and recognizes the importance of Supply Chain as a central function for driving growth.
• Background in consumer goods, pharma, or food and beverage would be preferable.
• English is the business language; however, working knowledge of German is a strong requirement.
