Supply Chain Director

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire supply chain process, from procurement, scheduling, and production to logistics and delivery.
• Optimise current processes for procurement and inventory management, identifying areas for further efficiency and cost-saving opportunities.
• Drive the development and improvement of material and information flow, enhancing the existing supplier network.
• Lead the implementation of the "make or buy" strategy in close coordination with senior management.
• Monitor and control all supply chain activities using key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure smooth material flow in line with business requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing teams, with a track record of leadership in a professional environment.
• Extensive experience in supply chain or procurement management, preferably within the mechanical engineering sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Professional proficiency in German and English
