Your Job
What This Role Looks Like.

• Works collaboratively with Supply Chain Management teams globally to analyse business use cases and tailor IT solutions to fit the supply chain pre-planning analysis practiced in each ALDI national business and International SCM office.
• Engages in agile ways of working to accomplish product and sprint goals to increase end user acceptance.
• Learns the ins and outs of the solution to be able to support internal knowledge consulting with stakeholders.
• Coordinates communication, training, and testing of new Supply Chain processes and enhancements to the solution.
• Monitors the status of related Supply Chain projects and enhancements and communicates effectively to leadership.
• Establishes best practices for solution usage and drives business adherence within global Supply Chain Management teams.
• Manages demands from idea conception to deployment in the system while coordinating with stakeholders from end to end.
• Liaises with the ALDI Buying teams to ensure proper business integration with supplier tendering process.

• Professional experience in Supply Chain Management, Transportation Management, or Purchasing.
• Project and timeline management best practices.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to process large amounts of information in a short time span and take quick and decisive actions based on the information available.
• Familiarity with creating and performing presentations to large groups.
• Fluency in English.

• Proficiency in use or coding of Coupa solutions (particularly “Determine Best Transport Option”).
• High level knowledge of SAP Transportation Management and SAP Ariba.
• Experience in an agile Team.
• Degree in related fields (Supply Chain Management, Transportation Management, Business, Analytics, Optimisation).
