We are looking for a Supply Chain Assistant to join our team of 3 in the strategic planning department. You will be responsible for gathering the relevant data to produce forecasts and plans for the receipt and dispatch of goods.

Your responsibilities:

• Contribute to the local supply chain, particularly in the proper use of the existing APS;
• Manage data and inventory;
• Monitor the flows between the various stakeholders in the upstream and downstream supply chain;
• Act as a point of contact for supply chain issues across all departments;
• Participate in the preparation of stock, forecast and capacity meetings;
• Suggest improvements to optimize supply chain processes and reduce costs;
• Prepare reports.

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field;
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position, preferably in an industrial environment;
• Fluency in English is mandatory, with additional languages such as German or French being more than welcome;
• Confirmed experience with SAP;
• Knowledge of MS Office and ERP tools;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently;
• Flexible, dynamic, and responsible.
