Responsibilities:

• Technical and disciplinary management of the personnel in the responsible production area in multi-shift operation

• Ensuring smooth operations as well as economic, on-time and quality-compliant production results

• Responsibility for shift and personnel planning as well as training and further education of employees

• Shared responsibility for consistent implementation of and compliance with cleanroom operations specifications.

• Implementation of and compliance with legal regulations and internal standards, in particular occupational safety and quality

• Partner of the development department in the supervision of product tests and support of the quality management in the handling of complaints including root cause analysis

• Independent support of internal and external audits, as well as the development and implementation of measures

• Creation and maintenance of work-related documents such as work instructions and risk assessments

Qualifications:

• Successfully completed training as an industrial foreman, ideally Chemistry or an equivalent qualification

• Several years of relevant professional experience with leadership experience in an industrial manufacturing environment, ideally with a connection to nonwovens production

• Initial experience in the preparation of risk assessments, work and process instructions as well as the implementation of workplace-related instructions

• Strong personality with a high degree of teamwork and assertiveness as well as very good leadership skills

• Structured, confident, communicative and committed (leadership) personality

• Very good knowledge of electronic data processing: MS-Office, production control systems and operating control systems, and ideally SAP

• Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
