Our German team is expanding rapidly, having recently partnered with leading publisher brands to strengthen our presence in the DACH market. With an office in Berlin Mitte, we offer flexibility in shaping roles to align with candidates' strengths and experience, ensuring the best possible fit for both sides.
What will you do:
Who you are:
— 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role within the digital media or online publishing sector.
— Excellent relationship management and customer service skills, dedicated to exceeding client expectations.
— Strong communication skills, efficient interaction with different personality types.
— Deep understanding of the German digital publishing and advertising market.
— Verifiable track record of closing major deals with publishers or advertisers.
— Strong analytical abilities to gather business insights by monitoring and interpreting data trends, understanding and interpreting the performance numbers.
— Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, International Relations, International Business, Communications preferred but not required)
— Proficiency in CRM software and MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Will be a plus:
— Connections with local publishers, media groups, warm contacts in Germany.
— Experience with Native Advertising is a strong plus.
Languages proficiency:
Fluent in German & English – Confident in pitching and negotiating.
