Student - Technical

We are an international Munich-based company with a big vision. We're here to redefine how software is being delivered. We work at the coalface of digitalisation, enabling enterprise companies like BMW, Vodafone, and even Amazon to deliver code from development to production in hours, if not minutes. We do this by optimising the entire software delivery process through automation and integration, a big part of which is our own brand of test automation at scale. We use our own frameworks and AI technology to do this, and we will not stop until we have made our dent.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Intern committed to results. We want a self-contained person that knows how to hold their own.

Scope and Responsibilities:

You will learn how to build and own the Continuous Integration Toolchain to integrate and automate services and tests. Infrastructure as code will become a daily norm. You will work with your peers and under the guidance of the CTO to build and deliver Testifi products and services. We hire attitude over experience, so if you show us you have what it takes, then we will invest in you to develop the skills you need.

Knowledge in some of the following is desired: Java, Selenium, Maven, Ant, Gradle, Jenkins, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, Elastic Stack, or similar tools & tricks. We also want you to bring your own game and initiatives to the party; if you have a good solution, then we will listen.

About you:

• Ideally proven industry experience
• Currently studying in a software-focused university program or have a solid software-related degree
• Experimental yet structured approach to software development
• Good working knowledge of Java development (or similar) is desired
• Integration understanding with AWS, Selenium, Jenkins, Elastic Stack, Maven, Ant, Gradle is desired
• Comfortable in a scripting environment
• Customer experience preferred
• Think big and long term
• Open and pleasant form of communication
• Fluency in English (both verbal and written)
