Your Responsibilities
We are looking for a new colleague to join our UE Services - Student Hub Team in Berlin on a full-time basis (40 hours a week) as soon as possible, who shares our vision of excellence in education and who is committed to making a difference in the lives of our students and staff.
The Opportunity
The Student Hub Advisor supports students during their Bachelor’s or Master's degree studies by providing them with needed advice and support to successfully complete their degree program. The UE Student Hub Centre is the heart of operational services and the main contact point for students' questions concerning study-related topics or support needs: i.e. how do I apply for Bafög, how does health insurance work, who should I talk to about semester abroad, finding an internship, retake exams, or how do I apply for a semester break? If you are a person who likes to help students learn skills and tools that will help them succeed in their career goals, this is the job for you.
