Strategy and Operations Manager (m,f,x)

Wolt is a Helsinki-based technology company that provides an online platform for consumers, merchants and couriers. It connects people looking to order food and other goods with people interested in selling and delivering them. Job Description

You will:

• Collaborate cross-functionally with local and global teams (commercial, finance, operations, marketing etc.) to define short-, mid- and long-term project objectives, deliverables and success metrics.
• Create and maintain high-quality documentation for project scope, roadmaps, frameworks, and action plans.
• Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on project progress and strategy alignment.
• Ensure successful completion of action items on target deadlines.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and align on priorities.
• Build and execute the strategy with the wider team, getting their hands dirty together to build the highest level of service and the best customer experience in Germany.

Qualifications

Our humble expectations:

• 6+ years of work experience in management consulting, tech, investment banking, corporate strategy, business development, or related field; high-growth startup experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to influence senior leaders, working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, with an eye for detail and a passion for presenting data and information in clear, compelling ways.
• Brilliant data analysis skills - exceptional ability to frame and synthesize complex business problems into clear, concise and easy-to-understand solutions. In the context of Wolt this means analytical thinking and solid Excel skills.
• You have a solid track record of identifying, scoping and delivering customer centric solutions with a detail-oriented yet flexible approach to problem solving. You know what great looks like and build to scale so that your solutions will be relevant for a multiple of the current size of the business.
• Natural tendency for ownership: we grow quickly, everyone has too much stuff to do, and just because something’s not in your job description doesn’t mean you shouldn’t do it.
