The role

A key part of our strategy team, you’ll be one of Granny's experts when it comes to delivering strong insights. These should lay the groundwork for strong ideation, successful campaigns and community building, along with daily business and long term strategies. You’re looking for a professional environment where you have autonomy, where you can develop bold and innovative solutions for our clients. You think strategically and have a sharp eye for detail, whilst always keeping the bigger picture in mind.

You’re passionate about all things entertainment, internet & pop culture, and you’ve got your finger on the pulse when it comes to what’s trending right now. You love to research, learn and share what you’ve learned with others. You have a great sense for creativity: your briefs always spark ideas & inspire others.

Your Responsibilities

1. Consulting our clients in all strategy related matters.
2. Collaborating with creative teams throughout ideation phases and support creative development for pitches, campaigns and social format development.
3. Independently developing Brand- and Social Media Strategies including research, analysis and strategic approach, as well as compelling strategic springboards and/or briefs for Social, Creative and Art Teams.
4. Analyze social media data regarding conversations, events, trends, organic & paid social campaign performance.
5. Transform raw data sets into contextualized, reliable & easy to understand campaign & social media reports, including data analysis, learnings & action points.
6. Develop workshop formats with research, analysis and strategic build up and participates in client discussions.
7. Developing strategies and briefings (including brand positioning and messaging).
8. Pitch & present.

Your profile

1. 3+ years experience.
2. Fluent in German and English.
3. Combine a strategic, creative and solution-oriented way of thinking.
4. Able to work with data and data analytic tools, confident to develop bespoke research approaches for specific problems or brands as well as to develop reports that address strategic marketing questions.
5. Deep understanding of Brand and Social Strategies including Brand Positioning, Brand Purpose, Values, Target definition, Channel & Content Strategies, TOV and Messaging.
6. Passion for using data to solve complex challenges and an insatiable curiosity for the mechanics of social media.
