(Strategic) Product Developer (w/m/d)

Intro

We are seeking an experienced strategic Product Developer to bring our entire product development process to the next level.

The ideal candidate will take a hands-on approach, synthesizing, finetuning and running our product discovery process, our customer advisory board as well as our customer journey. That includes steering our journey towards an AI enabled production process. You will report into the CEO and closely collaborate with Marketing and Sales, Customer Success, Product Content and Legal.

Your mission

• Enhance our Product with AI enabled features

• Coordinate and drive Product-related AI enablement activities company wide

• Run the product discovery process, design our product roadmap, and chair our Product Decision Board

• Oversee the product testing, coordinate customer feedback collection and run the Customer Advisory Board

• Be the voice of customer advocacy, champion customer needs in business decisions.

• Drive an excellent customer experience and continuously map the customer journey

• Translate product feedback and customer insights into measurable action jointly with Product Tech and Content teams

Your profile

• 5+ years of experience in product design, product development and business development

• Experience in leading and executing strategic projects for and with the C-Level

• Strong affinity to AI and Tech-related projects and functionalities

• Experienced personality and manager who challenges the status quo and creates a strong vision.

• Skilled communicator with ability to explain vision and functionalities to all stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to balance trade-offs.

• Strong expertise in EdTech, RegTech and software based businesses

• Longstanding experience in setting up and driving strategic high priority projects
